ACCESS

Access stands for Alabama connecting classrooms, educators and students statewide. This helps allow those students of lower income to get a good edcation and able to get the diploma they always wanted. It provides students with either web or video interaction. Through this type of technology students have the opportunity to take more advanced course electives, which therefore prepare them for higher education. This program also allows students to preview something if they dont understand it from learning it the first time, this allows them to understand the material alot better. Today there are 188 Access classrooms available to all students who attend a Alabama public high school.
Access is a great way to let students broaden their horizon and learn more. The vision of Access is to provide a quality instruction throughout distance learning. I think Access is a great opportunity for students and it should if not already be available for students across the country.
